out of office 這一句比較少人用來說不在辦公室。
大部份out of office 指政治人物『下野』 不在辦公室譬如出差，美國習慣用out of town(出城)。

Sample:

I will be out of the office from ____ until ____. I'll be checking email _______(once a week, every day, etc)________, but will have limited ability to respond. If you need immediate assistance or information about the program, please contact _______ at 00-0000-0000, ext. ____, or by email at _____@xxx.xxx.xxx.
